If you really want to know the worst that could happen-
you could cause some guy to get so distracted looking at you, that he loses control of his car and has an accident.
What if he kills somebody, or himself? And they say cell phones are distracting ! Ha !
Maybe you could be named as an accessory after the fact.
I think this would make a good story on 'Boston Legal'
But I hope it never really happens.
As for me, keep wearing skirts.

LOL, I wore a skirt on a windy day once... hehehe, lets just say several men left the mall VERY happy, and I was VERY embarrased

lol.
In middle school I wore a pleated skirt one day..and it was windy..and my skirt flew up lol.
I had to wear my friend's sweater around my waits to stop that from happening a second time.
