I asks this question because everytime someone asks you a question about Iraq, 9/11, and finding Osama you go off about liberals doing this and doing that. If I spent this much time talking about so called obsticles in my way I would never get anything done. Plus I would never see what "I" needed to improve on as a person. Think about it without being defensive.

Arguing with liberals is more important to them. So they feel right in their twisted minds about all the crazy things they believe in. Osama the person responsible for 9/11 is a distant memory for Republicans because they have stopped Saddam! The connection? No one knows but a FOX News watching, brain dead con.

That would depend on which Republican you are talking to. Some would like to catch Usama just to squelch the carping because he hasn't been caught. Others would argue with liberals because they think liberals are a worse threat to the US than Usama ever was.

I really don't know. I'm an independent.

It's spelled obstacles by the way (spell check does work occasionally). Maybe that is what has happened in the Democrat controlled Congress.

You have a FAANNNNNNtastic day!

Finding Osama is more of a statement of ability and power, than an actual political fix, as someone will just rise up in his organization to replace him. The liberal/conservative debate however, speaks to actual choices of ways to proceed. A wise man, when faced with 2 roads, debates the pros and cons of the choice. Knowing the obstacles each road will present doesn't mean the man will not get things done. He may get even more done, as he will avoid having to work around time-consuming obstacles. It also does not mean he will never question his owns choices. In fact, as he strives to avoid the bad choices, a wise man will of course evaluate his own decision making process. Do not assume that conservatives don't think the process through. While some on both sides of political thought approach things in an emotional fashion, most of the people on both sides that I've met think long and hard about their decisions.

Who's defensive? Because we point out truths like if Clinton had stopped Bin Laden the 4 times, at least, that he had the opportunity, we would be talking about it now? That's not being defensive! That's reminding forgetful liberals that they play a huge part in all of this and that neither the Republicans or our President is solely to blame. Why do you deflect the issues?

The "arguing" of which you speak is part of the political process, which if approached in a civil manner can benifit both sides. Unfortunately this is not the case. The increasing divide between partisan lines is creating an abundance of hostility, which goes against everything our political system represents.
To answer your question threats to national security should always be taken seriously.

Finding Osama would be cool for revenge, but it won't stop Islamic extremism. Liberals champion the search for Osama because it is a lengthy search that distracts from
liberals' unwillingness to do anything else about terrorism.

the going off part is more because of the liberal, not dem, belief that our gov. had hands in the 9/11 bombing. libs are trying to micromanage a war. is that not why we have generals/ i mean just because our generals in iraq know less about it than harry reid , according to himself, is that not reason to go insane. and as far as bin kaden, it took us twenty years to find the uni-bomber. bin laden is no more than a figure head now. it would be great to catch him but it is no longer necessary. he will die at some point and it will change nothing. those that follow him are spawns of satan that were most likely sodomized as young men, willingly.

They're having too much fun going off on us, the rest of it barely matters. I've asked totally non-loaded questions, and the majority of ranters are neo-cons, not liberals.

The culture of mean has expanded and they can get away with behavior that any self respecting Goldwater Republican (very conservative!) would have found abhorrent. Act like a mature adut and give me your arguements, and I'll listen, call me names and quote radio talk show hosts and I'll puke and run.

Finding Osama and eliminating him is more important, we need to come together as a country and make that a priority.
