I just ignore those people. I don't understand why you want 100 or more answers anyway. And then they would more than likely let it go to voting anyway.

Yes, I find them highly annoying. I will however take two points to help them achieve their goals.

i don't get annoyed, i shake my head knowing that as soon as the yahoo!answers team gets wind of it, it'll be gone because it's a violation of community guidelines.

I think it is not right because it is unearned but if people are willing to give them these rewards then it is going to happen.
