The new series of Doctor Who has been released in two DVD formats. The first are the so-called 'vanilla' releases, which are generally three or four episodes per disc with no special features at all. All of series 1 and 2 can be found like this. Epsiodes are divided up as follows:
Series 1 part 1 - Rose, The End Of The World, The Unquiet Dead.
Series 1 part 2 - Aliens Of london, World War Three, Dalek.
Series 1 part 3 - The Long Game, Father's Day, The Emtpy Child, The Doctor Dances.
Series 1 part 4 - Boom Town, Bad Wolf, The Parting Of The Ways.
Series 2 part 1 - The Christmas Invasion, New Earth.
Series 2 part 2 - Tooth And Claw, School Reunion, The Girl In The Fireplace.
Series 2 part 3 - Rise Of The Cybermen, The Age Of Steel, The Idiot's Lantern.
Series 2 part 4 - The Impossible Planet, The Satan Pit, Love And Monsters.
Series 2 part 5 - Fear Her, Army Of Ghosts, Doomsday.
These can be found for around £10 each on Amazon, or around £12.99 each in the shops.
The complete series 1 and 2 are both available as box sets, containing all the epsiodes (The Christmas Invasion is in the series 2 set) as well as several special features including a complete set of cut-down Doctor Who Confidential, the documentary series that accompanies the show on BBC 3. As far as I can tell, not having BBC 3 and therefore not seeing the full versions, these have had all the material from the classic series removed and are each around ten to fifteen minutes long.
Series 3 is currently being released on DVD in the vanilla form. Volume 1 (Doctor Who Confidential - the music concert, and The Runaway Bride) and volume 2 (Smith And Jones, The Shakespeare Code and Gridlock) are available now, volume 3 (Daleks In Manhattan, Evolution Of The Daleks, The Lazarus Experiment, 42) is due out imminently with volumes 4 (Human Nature, The Family Of Blood, Blink) and 5 (Utopia, The Sound Of Drums, Last Of The Time Lords) following in the next couple of months, and the whole series due out as a box set with special features in November.
Expect to pay around £50 for the box sets if you order online or £70 in the shops.

The complete series 1 and series 2 are available - about £70 if you buy them in the shops but knock about £20 off if you buy them online. I just got series 2 for around £50. Try Amazon, or even e-bay!
The Christmas specials are available separately, probably around £12.99. The first few of series 3 are out, but personally I'd wait till the whole series is out and get the box set.

Yes.
Series 1 & 2 are available, and part 2 of series 3 comes out on monday.
*add - I think individual DVD's are £12.99, and there are 4 or 5 for each series.
There is a ltd. edition Tardis box set of series 1 (I think)

Im afraid this 300 and sixty 5 days, theres no sequence of scientific expert Who. There are 3 specific episodes with David Tennant, and then in April 2010, the hot sequence will initiate with the hot scientific expert. (unlikely to declare who, in simple terms incase you do no longer decide to know =] )
