You mean like the ones Gwen Stefani and the chick from Flashdance wore? I think it's off the shoulder, but there's different styles of off the shoulder shirts, so your best bet is to find a boat-neck shirt that can be worn off the shoulder (then you could pick which shoulder you want exposed). You could try E-Bay or Bluefly.com
