Hello, I am working on a computer and the owner of the computer has a strange problem. The vertical sides of the viewing screen are somewhat curved in. This only happens on one of the two computers she has. This monitor does not have a control for that, atleast I didn't find it. Does anyone have an idea on what to do?

This monitor is ancient. All the controls are on the monitor itself, nothing comes up on the screen to help guide.

The monitor has buttons on the front. Click the menu button, and select the position menu. Using the plus and minus buttons, you can reshape the picture.

The control should be front, it's a button or knob. You sure it's not there?
