Something like this always comes down to opinion but my personal pick is Gary (Sir Garfield) Sobers. He was an all-rounder who would have been picked just as either a fast bowler, a spin bowler or a batsman - and he did all three. On top of that he was a brilliant fielder in any position.
Incidentally, he still plays golf off a single figure handicap.

Best Batsman- Don Bradman, Strike Rate when he retired, 99.
Best Bowler- Shane Warne, amazing spin, most wickets.
Best Allrounder- Imran Khan, amazing captaincy, good bowling and batting led pakistan to its only worldcup.
Best Wicketkeeper- Mark Boutcher, most catches and stumpings.

WE could not say anyone that he is the best, We can divide it in 3 catagories.. Allrounder, Bowler and batsman
Great allrounders- Garry Sobers, Kallis
Bowler= Muralitharan, Shane Warne
Batsman= Don Bradman, Lara
The best of them at my view is DOn Bradman
