Our administration speaks out against Iran's thinly-veiled support of Shiites in Iraq, saying that they are fueling the civil war (or sectarian violence, if you prefer) between Shia and Sunni. However, I notice that our administration says nothing about and fails to complain about similar tactics practiced by Saudi Arabia in supporting the Sunni side of the violence. Does this not strike anyone else as hypocritical?

The Saudi Royal kin or key individuals, gets a 5-10% kickback on all such deals. From the 1970's onwards, after King Faisal quickly decrease off the oil furnish, the final public of Saudi plane purchases, got here via BAE...British Aerospace. when you consider that 1991, this has progressively shifted returned to the U. S....as a number of BAE's long term deals expired. because of the fact the Saudi's don't have adequate qualified pilots to fly those planes...the U. S. would be there in help. basically like the deals with Israel, those are political-financial deals above each and every thing else. The weaponary heavily isn't used and could be previous kind earlier the contracts are even all started.

This administration and this congress are all hypocritical. Who would ever have believed our government would sell us out to Mexico?

Pres. Georgie W. Bush is head over heals in love with the Saudi King. WE must not forget how the king visited Bush's phony Crawford Ranch. When the king arrived, Bush KISSED the king on the LIPS then he held his hand while leading him around the ranch.

Saudi Arabia is our ally, considering they also supplied 14 of the 19 terrorists that attacked us on 9/11 I think we need to review who we call our friends.

It's not so much hypocrisy as it is a plan of war. All wars are planned, and to get the people against the country you want to go after, you have to complain about it. You have to accuse them of mis-deeds.

Politics makes for strange bedfellows...sort of like how Palestinians are hypocritical when it comes to blaming Israel about human shields.

The same reason why no big deal is made when Turks slaughter Kurds or when Israelis use Palestinian children as human shields: They are allies of the US.
