Firstly my highest bid is still there even though Ive tryed to retract it what do I do also , I want to buy tickets online from pay pal on my debit card as its an AMAZING offer but its slighty over what I have will it allow me to go over on my debit on pay pal or will it stil act as a normal debit card????????

Be extremely careful = there are a LOT of fakes on eBay.
If the seller's account was opened months ago and they have feedback of 100's & 98% good you should be fine...
but if they opened their account yesterday, have a feedback of 20 and are selling dozens of tickets at 'unbelivable' prices you should avoid them like the plague ..

It will act as a normal debit card, and you'll have to use a different card or increase funds in your account to complete the payment.
