Of course it's illegal - but then what do you think Spycrush is trying to do?!?

All they're interested in is getting hold of your card details to commit fraud, therefore a bit of copyright infringement really is quite insignificant ;)

Why not, Microsoft has been doing it for years. 95/98/ME/NT/2000 look an awful lot like IBM's OS2 minus all the useful features IBM had. People have claimed that newer Windows versions "borrow" heavily from MAC too.
