As I dont live in the United States, my call can't be toll-free, but i need to speak with them. The number i am trying to use is 1.888.232.4535, how can i call without using the toll free service?

visit the US then call them from there, other than that there is no other way.

Call the number as if it were a regular US number. Regular toll charges will apply

I don't think there is a way to do that that would be advertised directly. They should have an international line, but if not, you will have to email them about your situation so they can either call you - or give you a number that costs you to call.

If you dont use 1-800 I guess its not toll free...

You can't but, check their website. They probably have another number listed or an email address.
