The county I live in doesn't, but the county I work in does.... lol
They are a lot of fun though, even if you don't ride the rides (which I don't anymore 'cause I get sick). Fair food is always the best!

Yes we have a county fair and a great state fair. Don't you love the smell of food as soon as you walk through the gate? You know it's not good for you but what the hay! haha

Not only my town but my county has fairs all the time. It's New England custom to get every one together at the fair.
Your right the food is awesome!

I live in London Ontario Canada and every year in Sept. we have our annual Western Fair. I always go on Seniors Day with a friend who has Downs Syndrome and we have a great day. We have lunch first and I have to agree with you fair food is the best. Then we walk around the buildings for a bit and then she goes on the midway to play Bingo and I walk around for an hour or so by myself and finally I go get her and we have supper. It is quite a full day but I enjoy my time with Angie.She has already started asking me if we are going to the fair this year.

Its the next town over In Freyburg ME. Its the fair every october for 7 days people come from all over. Its a good time, the food is the best

my county does and if sucks every year, i usually wait and go to the next county overs fair, its always better
