No. Hell no. We can give help when it is *asked for*, as France and Germany did for us way back in the late 1700s, but a freedom that's forced on others is no freedom at *all*.

First of all we Americans need a good definition of what freedom is.
Does it mean imposing our will on others?
NO!
Does it mean choosing a leader for another country?
NO!
To me the meaning of the word freedom {s} has to be clearly put into writing.
Americans have a Constitution and Bill of Rights that does explain what political freedom meant to the founders.
We as Americans have to first teach our own kids in school what freedom means......then if we want other countries to copy our way of life,,,,run an advertising campaign, it would save a lot of money....{Smile}

No we do not. We do have a responsibility to leave other countires to work out their own destinies in their own ways--not try to force our way of life on them and then try to claim its' "freedom." That's a contradiction in terms.
If we want to "spread freedom" we can--by setting a good example. And that does NOT include so-called "preemptive war" aginst nations that have not attacked us ad pose no threat of doing so. Nor does it including invading other countries and setting up puppet governments""--oh, excuse me, the term is "regime change."

That is a little arrogant. We should encourage and support freedom, or those fighting for freedom. But we shouldn't occupy, attack, or militarily spread freedom. That makes us too much like those we oppose.

only if someone like Mrs Clinton or Mr Al Gore
are running the country, that way we make sure we have the correct freedoms here in the motherland
only then can we have our style of freedom domino over the rest of the globe.

No, our responsibility is to our selves. We should first get our own freedom back regardless.

If we don't, no one will.
And this is a lose/lose situation - if we get too involved with other countries, some people criticize, and if we aren't involved enough, other people criticize.
