Sorry sweets, but agents are pretty much all in Los Angeles or the Valley so a driving you will go if you want to get an agent and I can tell you right now that if your mother doesn't even want to take you on one driving trip to the city, she won't like taking you on auditions. You may want to stick to local things for now until you can do this on your own. If you have a choice on what school you attend, consider South HIlls or Monrovia High. Those both have good theatre programs. If you're close to Ontario, Chaffey has an awesome theatre program, but I can't say the same for the academics.

Get your driver's license as soon as you can and when you turn 18, get the agent on your own. Keep your grades up and plan on going to college. Even with an acting career it will be the smartest thing to do.

To get an agent, you need to have photos, resumes & letters to send to each potential agent. Not to mention the manila envelopes and postage. These are your starting costs.

Go to Sag.org. Use the dropdown menu on the right labeled 'resources' and choose 'agent information'. On the next screen, on the left choose 'Find a SAG franchised agent' and follow the directions.

Then you send them your headshot, resume, and a cover letter stating that you are seeking representation and wait to see if they call you in for an interview.

If they call you, your mom would have to take you to meet the agent and talk about how much you want to do this and how much she's willing to support you doing this. She would have to be willing to drive you everywhere (or someone would) or you will miss auditions and the agent will not like that. They will drop you in a heart beat if you miss auditions or are constantly late. They will also drop you if the casting directors tell them that you are not professional, so get into some classes.

From there, you probably want to click on children's training. That is if you can do this at this point in time. If not, don't worry. You can dothis when you're an adult, especially if you lok young when you turn 18. They love kids who are 18 and older but look younger.

Good luck!!!!!!!

Los Angeles is where the Talent Agencies have their offices.

You have to find a Talent Agency that accepts your age, most agencies do NOT work with your kids your age.

Go to a large book store in L.A. and buy a copy of The Ross Reports. It will list the names and addresses, of the Talent Agencies in and around the Los Angeles area.

Mail your headshot/résumé to the agencies. If they are interested, they will call you. Try to locate agencies that state they represent kids.

I do not know of any specifically but try www.agentsassociation.com for a legit agent.
REMEMBER agents ask for no money upfront they get paid when you do, normally about 10% of what you earn
Good luck!
