I've always had a posture problem. Just slumped shoulders a little to much. Mom always tried to correct me. Guess I'll never learn! Now, I'm trying to get my daughters to not fall into that like I did. Why don't kids listen to their parents??!!!

My posture is proud and regal.
All my friends say I remind them of a king.
That is why I am called king kwmane to this very day.

I try to hold myself upright (when i remember) because it is the right thing to do, but usually i have a tendency to slump in my chair

It is extremely important. Not only does it make you look better and more confident, but it's much better on your bones.
