Hey, Fran. Do they make any mention of what the violation was supposed to be? I've gotten a couple in the past, and I think it was for talking directly to someone else on here instead of phrasing a general question or answer, (kind of like I'm doing now). Anyway, I don't remember if they said why, but that was the only thing I could think of as to why they would have considered me in violation, and I sure can't think why they would consider your questions in violation either.

I got my first violation the other day. Someone asked what riggamortis is and I said that, it is what happens to me after answering questions for 2 hours. All I meant was that I get sore from sitting atn my computer for so long, and they said it was inappropriate.
????????????? I have no idea how, unless they assumed I was being dirty. But, I ask you, was it???
I know what you mean, because it says to plead you're case, and, OH, I DID.....
But, ---------------- Nothing.........
I can't complain too much though because this is a fun thing to do. Without them policing it the way they do,, I would have to put up with foul language and such, and I'd rather not... They didn't kick me off or anything , so, it's not so bad..........
By the way FRAN, there is something I've been meaning to tell you.....YOU RULE!!!!!!!!!

just speak English. I was violated because I told the ask er that they did not speak very clear language when asking ..so i told them what I thought of their grammar and spelling and i got a violation..

when I got the violation ..I just explained to Yahoo! rep that the Question was not written in good grammar or spelling and it sounded like a lot of gibberish..so that is why I told the ask er what I though of his question..it was just constructive criticism..no bad words or insulting language..but

just answer in English any violation..don't cuss or say some dumb stuff..too many violations and they will bounce your e-mail account too..i lost mine and I was a level 7..so now i am more careful in what i say..good luck..remember the rules of Yahoo..

Hamsters don't violate people. So unless YOU are a hamster and want to have someone translate it to you then I don't get the point. It is the people who use hamsters in all the wrong ways, not THEIR fault.

Give them hell, just make sure you use an account that is not tied to your main e-mail else you will lose it all like Paul said.

Hamsters only do what is reported, so if you can figure out who reported you, you can go after them. Revenge is so sweet.
