I've had 2 happy days in my life... Both when my children were born. I cried tears of joy for the first time ever on those days

It wasn't the day my daughter was born. Nor did this day occur during the first 8 months of her life. But, now, some of the happiest days of my life come from her precious soul. It's just getting past the first 6 months which is the difficult part.

Saturday, March 24, 2007.

My boyfriend & I drove about 4 hours to go see our favorite band plus some other really good musical artists. We had a great drive, nothing bad happened. We heard some great music at the festival, walked around town with beautiful weather ... then I got to meet two guys from my favorite band, one who was way super nice, and the other who was, at the time, the only celebrity I ever cared to meet, because he makes awesome music. I also got my picture with him. It was so freaking amazing. Then the band played their set and it was INCREDIBLE, the energy in the crowd! After the concert was over, we went back to our hotel and had a relaxing night's sleep.

It was a great weekend overall, but I wish I could relive that day!

It was when my daughter married a black man. Both my wife and I had both secretly hoped that she would make this choice. We agree that blacks have been oppressed for too long, and have not been allowed the opportunities that other races have. We are happy that she has given LaVelle the chance to have a pretty white wife. And we will welcome our black grandchildren. They have been married for 2 months, and they are expecting their first child in just 4 months. This was my happiest day by far.

I've has so many...Aside from the day I realized that Jesus loves me in SPITE of my sins:

My wedding
the birth of my daughters
the birth of my granddaughter
the first time Cinderella held my granddaughter (she was not quite 3 months old)
every time I go to WDW

and I try to make every day God blesses me with a "happy day" - or at least, a thankful one!

God bless!

I think I would put this as the most memorable day of my life. It was my sweet 15 because I felt like a princess because you get to have everybodies attention.

Getting a standing ovation after the performance of the first musical I was ever in, then running backstage and just screaming my lungs out with the rest of the cast in celebration.
