I need a list of some things that are socially acceptable of women but not of men and some things that are socially acceptable of men but not of women. I already have the basic things like men shouldn't cry and women can play with dolls but I need more than that.

It’s more okay (socially excepted in a manor for humor) for a guy to be chauvinistic than it is for women to be feminists!
Look. The only reason men and women have their ‘social boundaries’ is because they’re too busy trying to be accepted by people. Screw ‘em! Be who you are and people will like you for that. If they don’t – get real friends. Stand backwards in an elevator and start a conversation!

Ok, I'll try this response; if women didn't have legs they would leave snail tracks on the kitchen floor, and if men didn't have brains we will have another Clinton in the White house. Regardless of meaningful progress our American culture has made in the Venus and Mars cliche there are still unforgivable stereotypical expectations. As the goose does so does the gander? Oh, and it was suggested I don't help you with homework. I think gender is becoming covenent controlled and one day, godIhope, no one will show up at the next meeting. I intend no disrespect for anyone, some of my best friends are women. Can't we all meld and be real friends?

Men fart, burp and scratch their genitals in public. Forget dates, anniversaries, birthdays, and valentines day. Can have a gut. Walk around with no shirt on. All of that is considered unacceptable or unattractive for a woman.
Women:
If guys have "man boobs" it's wrong, wearing short shorts, wearing pink is 50/50. Same with activities such as dancing, singing, netball etc. men can be seen as "sissies" if they participate in these.

1. to blame terrible attitudes on pms or menopause.
2. Spend lots of money on dumb small ticket items like makeup, clothes, spas, fingernails
3. to be weak
It is socially accdeptable for men and not for women
1. to waste lots of money on cars and trucks.
2. to not be able to talk on an intimate level or be honest about their feelings.
3. to leave their children (that is the worst one)

women wear dresses / men shouldn't
men sleep around & are considered cool / women are considered whores
men can swear / women shouldn't
women wear lots of jewelry / men shouldn't

Women can't be interested in sports of any kind
Men shouldn't wear pink (although some men look hot in pink)

Socially acceptable for men to scratch themselves between the legs (come on they do it all the time and hardly anybody says anything)......you rarely see woman doing that or, if she does, another woman would immediately say "how disgusting".
Ladies don't smoke cigars, spit, fart in public, tell off color jokes, or use vulgar language.

Men make minimal physical contact (unless it's agressive)
Women hug and touch each others arms etc
