My high school sweetheart and I broke up after high school without getting married.
25 years later we reunited and got married 2 years ago.

I broke up 6 months after I graduated high school. Once I got to college, I discovered a whole new world and matured. I have one friend out of many that married his HS sweetheart and are still married today. Everyone makes choices for thier own happiness

Married my high school sweetheart when I was 17 and we seperated nine years later and our divorce was final 2 months before what would have been our 10th anniversary.
It was not a good marriage - we were both too young to understand what marriage meant and it just snow balled over the years.

I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 15 years now. We have almost broke up once when another woman tried to come between us but we prevailed. It has not been easy, practically growing up together but we are the best of friends.

I married my High School Sweetheart......We lasted 3 years. Breaking up with your highschool sweet hart takes forever though, because its your first love. For some reason you get the feeling of belonging/possesing that person. My ex wouldn't stand seeing any other male talking with me for no reason. He treatened everyone who tryied to come arround. And I always heard the gosips of other females when he dated someone else. But you are fortunate to have your Hight School Sweetheart......It's like a tittle that you will always have no matter what happens.....

I married mine! We dated since I was a sophomore in HS and he was a senior. We married when I was 20 and have been happily marrried for 10 years this coming Dec. 2 kids and good careers! It does work for the right people!

I started dating my husband my jr. yr. of high school. We got married when I was 17 and he was 19. When I was 25 we seperated, we had children so we stayed in contact and became terrific friends again. After being seperated for 7 yrs. (we never divorced) we got back together and things are going great!
