If you google this question you will see that most of the experts say not to use bleach! The bleach fumes can be just as bad as the mold spores! The best thing to do would be to cut the area out of the wall and have the whole place treated. If you remove the wallpaper and there is mold behind it, you run the risk of releasing those hidden spores throughout your home! It might be time to call in the professionals! The mold can really make you sick if you don't get it under control! But be careful! There are a lot of businesses that claim to be "mold experts". Shop around and get references! Good luck!

if it keeps coming back, there is Mold INSIDE the wall cavity. The sheetrock or drywayy will need to be removed and replaced.
You may have a leak in a pipe or vent that is causing condensation.

.You can't, you have to cut that part out and make sure you have clean borders, otherwise it will come back. Also remove the wall paper, and see what's under it. If it is really bad you might want have a company life Serve Pro, do the work, it is very bad for your health, and it might get in your heating or air conditioning system. We learned the hard way after wall damage form hurricane Katrina Good luck and be careful
PS the reason you can not scrub sometimes , because the mold it gets in the paper in the plasterboard

you might want to check to see if the exhaust fan is large enough for the space. is the vent vented to the outside or just the attic? it should go to the outside. third, you might have to leave it run longer. somehow the moisture is not being removed and until it is you will get mold.

Use bleach to clean your walls. Bleach will kill mold. But you have to use it regularly.

Scrubbing brush and bleach. The bleach kills the mould and you can then paint it.
