Yes, you can. The 128 memory has to be in the first two busses, and then the 512 in the next buss.

If your computer has 3 or more RAM slots then yes.

Except if your computer requires the memory to be in pairs - then you can only use the two 128Mb ones.

As long as your matherboard have enough memory slot, you can combine 512MB + 2x 128MB memory.

take ram card out of one an put it in the other one the ram cards will haft to mach
