im looking to relocate , i am currently in central NC. I currently am a personal trainer but am looking to change careers, i was an assistant store manager for 8 yrs prior to that, i want a starter home with garage and a big back yard.. i am a quiet person and looking for a nice place to live, i am open to suggestion

I would suggest you go to careerbuilder.com, monster.com or hot jobs and see what's available and where. Then go to www.realtor.com and see what is available in those same locations in your price range. Or go to realtor first and then the job sites. I can tell you that the lower priced areas won't have as many available jobs. Also, you can go to www.city-data.com to check out different cities. You can still find descent property in WV and southern OH for $70,000 but you might have more trouble finding a job. Do research before you make a decision.

Joplin, MO. Plenty of decent starter homes for under $70k. Cost of living nearly 20% below the national average. Wages ARE lower than average but if you have any kind of professional or semi-professional qualifications you should do fairly well.

Maybe Mexico. Or the projects, you cant really find a house under $70,000 in the U.S.

somewhere around Harrisburg, PA. taxes arent necessarily low but they are 2% less than NY lol.
