Racism can't be turned off like a light switch. It has to smothered over time. My dad was the best of men, but he was a product of his time. He did try to raise his kids with fewer racist tendancies than he had, and in turn, I do the same for my kids. It starts at home. Nobody's born a racist. I've tried to teach my children that the differences between people can be pretty cool.
So far, so good.

I personally believe that this whole racism ordeal is bullsh** get over it people and get on with it. Everyone needs to recognize that we are all people not a color. I know alot of time the people that are shouting racism are the one that are racist themselves or creating the so called racism...If someone doesn't like you, and you are so shallow to assume its because of your race (and you know this has happened to everyone) you really should check yourself and your attitude and maybe they just don't like you because you have this chip on your shoulder or a bad attitude or you just plain suck I don't know but racism is bullshi*! And I am so sick of hearing about it. People need to quit crying about it and get the hell over it. We shouldn't have to encourage racial harmony it should be there already we are all human and we have the same body parts and emotions and feelings we all know what love is and hate too... damn I could go on for days, this question kinda makes me mad.. sorry but the racism thing is so annoying to me.

Maybe if everyone wore a "mask" which hid racial indicators so no one could tell what race they were, that might be a good start.
Like on the net here....no one knows what race a person is unless the person tells. So everyone talks to each other as equals. This is how it should be in real life...but unfortunately society has not progressed that far yet.

Well it can't be done honestly unless people just stop hating the other races.
However, we have to all understand every races culture.
We have to have EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ALL AND SPECIAL PRIVILEGES FOR NONE!
This means no affirmative action, everybody qualifies for every scholarship, minorities don't get any special privileges for anything and neither do the majorities.
Otherwise tension will form and people have something to not like the other races for.
