First government representative to be caught at all of the above.
All of them are not any just than the other. He was just careless and got caught. He was also black mailed over it for over 2 yrs prior to it becoming public. And to save her but "Monica played the innocent that she wasn't and got paid" who paid her and why? She was hired as an "intern" for the white house. What part did she play in this? How much more info did she pass around and who got it? And the "legal defense fund" was always there. It is just publicly known now because they had to tap into it. The legal fund was set up around 1914 under another name called the public defense program. It was done because of the War and were worried about having a leader not being able to protect his decisions if he was opposed in his decisions concerning war and economic changes since there were changes in Presidents and political leaders during the Spanish American War - WW1 - WW2. And by the way does anyone remember NIXON? How did he pay for his lawyers? Defense fund - duh. How do you think Bush Sr. got so much crap stirred up and then was able to clean his slate and not one of his friends and collegues went against them - pay raises during the 3rd yr in office - sort of like Hush money. He also passed a lot of bills that were not going to be passed unless they agreed with him on the "Dessert Storm" skirmish (police act - Marshaling defensive tactic they called it). Please people, you want to crucify one when all them are just as guilty or more so. He was just not as sneaky as the rest. Why do you think Hustler is offering a reward for any one to get proof on any White House official or Federal House official with dirty laundry to air? To me it just seems Clinton was duped just like JFK. Just this time they didn't have him killed.
Things that make you go Hmmmmmmmm.....

lol.....that's too funny...

how can anyone come up with " a first" for a Clinton?

....it's practically useless to think that hard and for nothing!

The only "first" I can think about without causing any needless brain aneurysm or trauma to myself.....

0) a first lady US President

1) a first male first lady to the US (will he re-decorate the white house also?)

2) and maybe a first US President to give a B/J to a male clerk on her staff.

3) First female President to commit perjury

4) First female President to be impeached...lol!

The first time that women libbers and bleeding hearts are so anxious to see a woman in office, they are willing to put known criminals in charge of the country, let alone all the cool historical antiques they missed the first time.

I dont remember Clinton ever being impeached. I wonder what else you're wrong about...

Edit:
He was impeached by the House, but not by the Senate. This is the first thing that comes up on google:

"President Bill Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives on December 19, 1998, and acquitted by the Senate on February 12, 1999."

And since I wouldnt expect you to know what acquitted means:

"to relieve from a charge of fault or crime; declare not guilty"
