"Has a news channel and a kids channel" describes any of the major American TV networks (ABC has "ABC News" and "ABC Kids" channels; Fox has "Fox News" and "Fox Kids" channels; etc.).

However, at least here in the USA, the Naruto DVDs and manga are licensed (and distributed) by Viz.
