Winter keep your thermostat at 68, summer 72-74
Switch to energy efficient light bulbs and turn the lights off when not in use, same for the TV and computer.
Clean the heat dissipater's in the back of your refrigerator to keep it running more efficiently
In the winter shrink wrap your windows, and on outlets that face the outer walls, they make draft resisters for. (foam pads)
Plan your trips so you only take the car out once and get everything done.
If your local convience store is only a block or two away walk, bike, but don't drive
Check the oil and tire pressure in you car every week in insure best milage
When driving anticipate stops and coast, easy on the accelerator, and make sure your car is tuned up
Fill up your gas tank in the early morning, or later in the evening, less vapors are given off.
When cooking cook enough for a few days, then refrigerate or freeze, you save on electric, and time.
Don't stand in front of the fridge with the door open trying to decide what you want

Diluted vinegar cleans glass as well as most glass-cleaners such as Windex, so use that for your glass when you can.

In many cases, baking soda is a great substitute for scrubbing powder- and without the risk of leaving scratches.
