Yes, I do.
I learn things every day...frequently, I learn about myself.
I learned more about how important it is to my health and well-being to take care of myself psychologically. The more I do that, the stronger I feel, and the less fearful I am, in general.
I believe in learning new things every day. It makes life worth living.

Well, I don't know what to say. I dreamt that my grandma was still alive (we didn't have contact with her since she moved to a country side) and that she's happy. Then I dreamt I was in my homeland once again, Vietnam. I had a joyful dream :)
Hmm. That was the main highlight of my day. I learnt loads. I learnt that I'm holding onto my hopes more than ever because my German Shepherd today, got an infection because he licked the area where he just had an operation. A small plant somehow got through his long fur and into his body, getting his blood poisoned.
I learnt that I need 2 b more active lol. And also tht I gotta drink more. I learnt what I could do 2 encourage myself 2 drink more... make special drinks instead of just having a bottle of water lyin around :P
I realize more and more everyday that life is just really what it seems. A simple painting at first sight, but as you look closer you find that there are various details to be discovered and that meanings are hidden behind these.

I learned that every day you should wake with gratitude and be the same way as you go to sleep. Life is a gift and even the most difficult of times teach us the lessons we need to become better people.

I learned the weather man goofed again and know if I don't get out there and water I'll be the one that goofed for relying on the word of the weather man ; )
