Nobody yet, huh? It's a classical-sounding instrumental piece featuring flute. It starts Duuuuuuuuuuuuh duh-duh-duh-Duh-duh Duuuuuuuuuuuuuh duh-duh-duh-Duh-duh
or something like that;-)

Wow I know exactly which song you mean but I don't know the name or who did it. What a great description though, I knew immediately what you were talking about.

Could it be "Morning Has Broken"? It was an obscure Christian hymn that became widely known when Cat Stevens included it on his 1971 best-selling album Teaser and the Firecat.

(Lyrics by Eleanor Farjeon)

Morning has broken, like the first morning
Blackbird has spoken, like the first bird
Praise for the singing, praise for the morning
Praise for the springing fresh from the word

Sweet the rain's new fall, sunlit from heaven
Like the first dewfall, on the first grass
Praise for the sweetness of the wet garden
Sprung in completeness where his feet pass

Mine is the sunlight, mine is the morning
Born of the one light, Eden saw play
Praise with elation, praise every morning
God's recreation of the new day

It's from Peer Gynt, by Grieg. It's called Morning.
