No...did u plan on watching Shrek 3? I thought that movie was the best Shrek yet! At least u didn't have the kids, and u had alone time w/ ur man!

Ha! No, that's not bad at all. Me and my husband ditched the kids one day and saw Bridge to Terabithia, so I understand. Go to dinner afterwards and have a beer or glass of wine or something just so you can still say it was an "adult" evening. I liked Shrek 3!

Well you could have stayed in, gotten in some good wine from abroad, cooked some good food (or arranged to have it brought in) dimmed the lights and put some scented candles out and danced the night away. Or you could have talked about the things thayt interest you and tried to discover more about each other.
I wouldn't say it was bad, just a missed opportunity
(actually, I think the chickflick remark below maqkes a lot of sense)

no way, actually i think it's great. being parents is ur full-time job and it's wonderful to see u actually loving life enough to see shrek 3 and still b happy. love on
