Most of us have heard that worry is a waste of time. Do you agree?

Why is it then that we realize this, yet we worry about things anyway?

Its human nature when you actually care about someone or something....Concern is a form or worry and it is an instinct that a human is naturally going to feel when emotions are involved.

you can't just "not worry" about anything. it doesnt work that way. even the most nonchalant people worry sometimes. i agree in the matter of those who are constantly worrying over every little detail of their lives. but if you don't want to worry, all you have to do is hand your life over to God. if you trust him to take care of things for you, then he will. however, this doesnt make worry disappear, stay smart, and think ahead.

I agree, it is a waste of time.
But worring shows we care and we have feelings.
Anything or anyone we care about , if things are
not right with them, we worry.
