put mine out this morning, as the sun was shining, and then when i went out... the heavens just opened. waiting for it all to stop so can get it all back in now... boooooo

No not just you,i forgot to bring mine in last night,it's now nearly on the grass with the weight of the water!

Oh absolutely. In fact about an hour ago I did exactly that. As soon as I walked into the house, down it comes. I tell all the neighbours that if my washing is out it is going to rain. I would put money on it every time.

Nope not just you! It was sunny all morning so I put mine out, about 20 minutes later the heavens opened and haven't stopped since

Yep, especially if I'm going out!!!
In the morning I'll think 'the weathers nice I'll put the washing out to dry' then as soon as I'm out BINGO the heavens open! lol x

yep....and the heavens have opened yet again 5 Min's ago ,here near rotherham,Yorkshire England. I'm just waiting for the first smart a**e to announce a hosepipe ban?

YES, it's uncanny isn't it ? Everytime I walk outside to the line I feel spots of rain before I finish putting the last item on the line.

Yep, I also find that when I've dragged the washing in and stuffed it in the tumble dryer, the sun comes out!!!!

No I have electricity, therefore I have a dryer so I don't put my wash out...but I do notice it rains every time I wash my car.

I only put mine out when its raining .It saves using the washing machine
