Not in any "mainstream" comic book, it wouldn't get by the Comic Book Code committee that approves or rejects content of comic books in pre-production. It was insinuated that Joker did rape Batgirl, but of course was never depicted in any of the panels. The only other one I can remeber comming close was in an issue of the old Image Comics title "Mantra". Where I think it was incinuated that a villiam by the name of Boneyard may have violated the heroine Mantra. The kick here is that Mantra was actually a male warrior in a female's body.

Im not a DC fan but wasnt Sue Dibny (plastic mans wife) raped and killed in Crissis 2,Rouge was "touched " possibly raped in Xmen 237 or 238,red sonja was raped in her origon tale it was done behind the scenes
