Does anyone have or know where I can find the article "Diet Pills, The Next Generation" from issue July 2005? I tried to look for it on her site and it won't let me.

I was able to pull up the back issue on Omagazine.com, by typing in July 2005. But that article is nowhere to be found in that issue. Are you sure it wasn't another month?
Also, I typed in your title in the search box, and it came back with three pages of diet aricles from her magazine, but I still didn't see the title you mention.
As a last resort, your local library should have the back issues where you could check for sure.
