dodo isn't exist anymore, so I don't think we can find one in the zoo :p
and some species of chickens can fly, anyway
There are 2 major groups of flightless birds.
The first one is Struthioniformes, which consists ostrich, rhea, cassowary, emu, and kiwi (5 already, huh?)
The second group is Sphenisciformes (penguins). The most commonly found penguins in zoo are emperor penguin, little penguin or whatever it's called (Eudyptula minor), macaroni penguin (Eudyptes chrysolopus) -yes, the one you saw in "Happy Feet"- and humboldt penguin (Spheniscus humboltii). Scientifically, penguins have the same bone structure as flying birds, and they are put into the group of flyers instead swimmers. Odd huh?
The other flightless birds that doesn't belong to both group is roadrunner (can't think about any other birds), but I don't know if a zoo ever keep a roadrunner.

New Zealand has a number of flghtless birds including the weka, a type of rail and the kakapo, a type of parrot. There is a flightless cormorant in the Galapagos Islands.
I don't remember a macaroni penguin in Happy Feet. There were emperors and adelies, of course, a rockhopper with the plastic round its neck, and chinstraps and one of the spheniscus penguins in the zoo
