Well, that depends. Let me ask you this:
1. Do you advocate the destruction of Iran? Does your criticism of Iran include claims that Persians should not have their own country?
2. Do you use words "Iran", "Iranians", and "Persians" interchangeably?
3. Do you claim that Persians "run the world", cheat "honest non-Persians", control the media, etc.? Does the sight of a rich Persian stick in your craw?
4. Do you argue that Iran should be subject to different standards of human rights, diplomacy, warfare, etc. than all other countries in the world, including Iran's neighbors?
5. Does your criticism of Iran's aggressive policies spill over into an argument that Iran has no right to DEFEND itself against aggression?
6. Do you believe that every Iranian and/or Persian, regardless of age or any other factor, is a legitimate target for anyone with a grievance against the Iranian government?
7. Do you believe that acts of terrorism are acceptable, justifiable, and otherwise "okay" if committed against Iranians or Persians?
8. Do you believe that the lives of Iranians or Persians are somehow more expendable than the lives of other people?
9. Do you feel that Iranians or Persians are not allowed to exist, be successful, or have their own country EXCEPT through international consensus and subject to the benevolence of non-Persians?
10. Do you morally equivocate attacks which specifically target Iranian civilians with retaliation against the attackers?
If you honestly answered "yes" to ANYof these questions, then true, you are a racist and your criticism of Iran and Ahmadinejad is nothing but a cover for your hatred of Persians.
I hope this answers your question about the difference between unbiased criticism of Israel on the one hand and using the Israel card to legitimize anti-Semitism on the other.

If they do...they are using the term improperly. If you criticize someone for being a Jew, you are an anti-Semite...(comparable to a racist)
If you criticize the policy of the Israeli government... you are a critic. That's OK

Because the criticism is usually overflowing with insults to Jews and the Jewish people, instead of being a criticism of a particular policy.

Of course not. Israel is a US friend with a strong lobby (AIPAC). Iran is an enemy with no lobby. Different rules apply. Our friends can use the race card, our enemies cannot.

They don't call them racist, they call them anti-Semitic. I don't understand it either. No one is above criticism.
