File Path - View Question?

When you are trying to find a file through my computer. How do you get the view to remain the same at each level?

Open my computer. From there, go to Tools , Folder options
and adjust as you like. (Unclick Remember All Folders View settings) Click Apply to all folders.

Don't understand the question. What do you mean by 'same at each level'? What level?
