Obviously the rest of the people who answered must be blind followers. It's pretty sad if you ask me. How can you NOT doubt the official story? Isn't it patriotic to question a government who says the Constitution is "just a piece of paper"? Don't worry about them. They'll see for themselves eventually. They will be the ones who will be running and crying when this crap happens again & we will be saying "ummm...told you so". I mean, seriously people. Did any of you lose people on 9-11-01? I did! My family thinks the official story is a joke, another lie by the government. Instead of putting this guy down for asking a question like this, do your own homework....investigate 9/11. Don't just watch a few news stations and come to a conclusion, actually research it and then answer. You know what else? I hated Rosie, but I have respect for the fact that she spoke up about what her research found. People who belive in conspiracies are not nuts. The people who follow blindly are.

911 isn't the first conspiracy. Conspiracy theories have followed events like Katrina flood, Oklahoma bombing, JFK, Pearl Harbor and many many more. Basically almost all big, significant disasters, catastrophe produced some type of conspiracy theories. Nothing special about 911 one. Just another conspiracy.
Oil is big part of our geopolitical strategy but it's not everything. After all Iraq currently have oil production below prewar level. If we're truly there just for the oil they would probably put all 130,000 troops around Iraq's oil field, but instead we got those 130000 troops in Bahgdad protecting newly formed gov. While oil fields are constantly damaged, attacked.
People just exaggerate claims about oil. Yes we are there to secure energy source, but we do care about Iraqi gov.
We're only there for oil, but majority of troops are away from oil field? That doesn't make sense.
Plus, Pentagon isn't safest building in the world. It is located near residential area. Its security isn't much higher than typical gov building like CIA or FBI building. And there's no auto missile system exist like some claimed. Nobody is crazy enough to put missile system right in middle of populated residential area. There's highway just near by this building. People live around this area, shop around this area. This is not big military installation. It's civilian building.
These conspiracy claims sound lot like magic cure all pills online. Claim to know all truth. When in reality the theory is riddled with twisted info and exaggerations.

Why? Because 4 jets loaded with fuel were hijacked and slammed into A: the twin towers B: the pentagon C: a field in pennsylvania. bullshit! just because they say that a building cant be destroyed by fire means nothing dont forget that the planes were full of jet feul when they hit the towers and it caused a massive explosion, then causing the top part of the building to collapse resulting in both of the buildings falling. 911 was real and we all know it.

perhaps you are not aware of the latest and hopefully final nail in the nutjob 9/11 conspiracy theorists coffin. a group of engineers and scientists actually reconstructed the entire incident on computer simulations right down to the no smoking sings in the cabins of the airliners and every toilet in the twin towers and guess what?...even WITHOUT the fire from the jet fuel, the stabilizers started to collapse from the damage done by the crashes alone...so please, do us all a favor and just go home!!! stop bothering us with this nonsense!!!!!!!!!

The towers fell because steal is strong until it reaches a certain temperature, that's why the towers fell. The steal became so hot because of the heat that it bent and broke. Politicians say we have to end a war after 10 American soldiers die, so why would the same politicians kill thousands of innocent Americans?
