After achieving orgasm, my wife gets a swelling (or tightness) in her vagina. If I bring her to orgasm orally, she gets so tight that I can't enter her with my penis. If she achieves orgasm through regular sex, she will begin to clamp down on me so tight that it's painful for both of us.
What causes this condition?

During sexual arousal, the genitals engorge with blood. Of course you know this since your penis erects when it fills with blood. Well, same with women! The labia swell, and if you were able to see into the vagina, you'd notice it reddens during arousal.

The clamping and tightness is caused by muscle contractions. During orgasm, the muscles in the vagina contract, and well, perhaps hers are just a lot stronger than other women's muscles.

So combine the muscle contractions with the vascular swelling and you could have some snugness issues at hand.
