Ignore The Media...Think For Yourself...
Best bumper sticker I've ever seen. Read the book, THE POWERS THAT BE , It is an old book, but an eye-opener when it comes to the way the media spins a story for profit.

I find almost all the media is one sided and know longer tells the truth. The print media only supports there agenda and tells only its side to any issue. Most of the media is liberal, but unlike journalists of the past, and are not able to tell the news without slanting it into there liberal views/biases. It is sad that we can know longer trust the media. Far left people, with money, have gotten control and have turned it into there bully pulpit. Peace

Journalists do not decide on the content of broadcast news. That would be producers. So, I think it is unfair to say that journalists make the media bias. I personally don't see a bias. I'm very angry with the fact that the media isn't doing its job. Why isn't the media outraged over the fact that Osama bin Laden is still on the loose after almost 6 years?!

Further more, a journalist's job ideally is to comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable. What has the Republican party done to help the afflicted? Tax cuts for the wealthiest 1% of Americans, and continuing to wage a war that has no military solution.

I think the irresponsible journalists are biased. Journalists who ARE responsible are not biased.

To me, it's not responsible for a journalist to openly support a political party while active in a career. That's just broadcasting that you're biased toward one or against the other.

Who they contributed to does not necessarily translate into bias. I guess that it's a foreign concept to some that one with ethics, self-respect and some level of professionalism could set aside their personal opinions when doing their job. Sad.
