My dog, a gorgeous 10 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback is absolutely super with my nephew, however she hounds my 2 year old nephew to death, constantly licking his face - i think it's because he always has chocolate or something smeared over it! He is very good and just says no and pushes her away, but it is a bit annoying for my nephews mum and dad! What can i do to stop it?!

Start getting donation's from the public... go for a nice dinner leaving the dog and the kid at home alone.
Then finally, get 50 balloons out released at a park... marking 50 days of your dog licking...

My dogs do this to my 4 year old daughter, i dont like it as she finds it really funny and just lets them do it constantly and i have seen tongues touch in the past. I tell my dogs and daughter not to do it but as soon as she is on the floor or near them they will jump up and do it again. The longest i have had them stop for is when i make them lay down at the side of me but it always happens again. Though if someone comes to my house who my dogs annoy i will put them out or in the kitchen for a while

Licking is a social thing for dogs. They do it as a sign of respect, but I dislike it too.

All that you can do is keep pushing the dog away from the child.

Maybe your nephew needs a bath.

Or he tastes nice to the dog

Start by asking this question in the right topic area. This has nothing to do with business.
