Yes. Sex is a natural part of life. There is nothing wrong with sex. The more you teach your children the better understanding they will have. Not only teach them about "sex" but also share with them what "values" are and explain they should have them and with with them to set up some. Whether you talk to your kids or not, its so much stuff out in the world know that they probably know alot already. I mean with the internet, tv, magazines and even through other children. Make sure you talk about the consequences of pre martial sex, unprotected sex and waiting until your married.

Yes, it is necessary. You see, everyone knows that children has exposed to 'SEX' since they are young. They had been influenced by friends, and even media that contains nudity. So, if they didn't have the chance to learn "sex' when they're young, illegal cases related to sex will happen.
the amount of this cases will decrease only if the children has been exposed to sex education in the right method. In this case, they will get the right information. Once they have the right info, they will not have sex relationship under age. In the mean time, cases such as rapping will not happen and so on. Furthermore, they could take this opportunity to understand their physically changes and reproduction.
In Asia, parents feel shy when their children ask where are they from. Parents feel shy to discuss sex topics in the right way with their kids. So. children will not know the truth until they grow up.
As a conclusion, i think that sex education is necessary for children.

Sex Education is completely necessary and very important for children to learn. The old saying "what you don't know can't hurt you" does not apply in this situation. It's better to give children the necessary education and facts about sexuall activity that will allow them to make responsible decisions. Lack of information will only cause problems.

That's hard to answer, I found sex ed is school made me more curious which had bad consequences, but if you don't teach kids the right things to do (condoms), they might end up with an STD...
Even though I was at it earlier than prefered, at least I wasn't putting my health in danger.
I guess it should be up to the kids parents to decide that.

Yes it is necessary.
In my school district, there have been 20 students who didn't get to go through the middle school class in the last 15 years, because their parents opted out.
Thirteen of these students got pregnant or got someone pregnant in the years that followed before high school graduation.

Though it is necessary to know about sex, education about sex at the tender age may create problems.I feel that it is not necessary.

Yes, they should understand how reproduction works, including the biology of it. This will help them understand their hormones, as well as the possible results and repercussions of engaging in sex

children should not be exposed with that kind of education, they are not yet capable of abstract reasoning. If you educate them about that matter you are just stimulating their mind to do it, basically, they will ask themselves "what if i try it?" ^_^
