Did the Iraq parliament actually take their two month vacation?

If so, how far into it are they? How come the press doesn't really mention it? All you hear is Bloomberg, Hillary etc.

The summers in Iraq are brutally hot. It gets up to 130 degrees F. In the US, we have legislators who get out of Washington in the summer, even though everything is air-conditioned.
