Will a navidia geforce fx 5200 video card fit a msnv-939 motherboard?

no that motherboard is made with a PCI express slot. fx 5200 is an AGP video card so you will either need an agp motherboard or a PCI-e card. The card would be the better choice because PCI-e is better, and you can get a real cheap one if you would like.

No. The motherboard has PCIe slot. FX 5200 is a slow and outdated AGP card. It is not compatible w/ the motherboard. Better get at least Nvidia's 7300GS or 7300GT. The faster and more powerful cards usually require a power supply upgrade.
