Just wondered coz I watched a National Geo documentary on eskimos last few weeks. Do anyone still live in those semi-round thing made of ice nowadays?

I assume you are talking about 'igloos'. Igloos are used primarily for hunters. Its like putting up a tent, only for cold weather. Inuit people live in houses.

Igloo is the name of the house. Eskimo or Esquimo is the name of the tribe.

Amazingly enough, there are a few left. But most Native Alaskans of any tribe live in houses with yes, electricity.

Its called an igloo and I doubt that they are used as a permanent residence anymore.
