Buy a Ferret! He'd prefer to play and scamper in the long grass. Not me though - I'm not for sale

will eat anything and everthing insight ,we have had 3goats and they are very destructive one even knocked a car battery over and drank the battery acid ,as well as trying to eat the bloody wheel arch where it was rusted, if it eats the grass you have to keep moving it around the garden tie it to a length of thick rope as it may eat the rope as well , dont cut the grass and feed to goat it could kill it , the goat we have now nigh on kills the chickens and ducks when we put food down it is very greedy or it could just be a grumpy goat lol

They're excellent pets if you're looking for an easy grass trimmer, especially on a sloped section. My parents used to have one when we lived in a hilly area. Just keep the goat away from the flower garden!

He might actually act as a garbage disposal as well. But you have to keep moving him around or he will eat your grass TOO much and then you won't have grass growing at all

Depends on your yard size, a single goat may not be able to keep up with it. And don't forget, goats create their own fertilizer and they're not too discerning over what's lawn and what's garden.

He would graze all the time and therefore you would have a lovely short lawn, until he eats too much and you end up with dry patchy grass instead...stick to the lawnmower!
