I could be a sort of pre-period or a very light first period. :)

I'm 42 and my period sometimes ends like that so don't worry everyone is some what alike but different.
You might be trying to start your period or it might not happen for a few months.
The discharge u have had might or might not happen every month. You may want to grab some pantyliners to use, depending on the flow of the discharge. Keep an eye on in to see when it needs changing.
Your body will regulate itself within anywhere from your 1st period to your last period. Some women have very irregular periods.
Best way to get the answers u want is to go see your Dr. He/She can tell u what is normal or what ever else u like to know.
If u don't want to say it (shy) then write it down on paper b4 u go to the apt then give that to the Dr.
That is what I had my daughter do, she is 14.
It helps.

that is a pre-period. it means that sometime soon you will have your period. maybe 1-2 months for now. normaly this brown discharge does not involve cramps or cravings, at least not in the begining. u should tell your mother about this, so she can help you out, like taking you to a doctor, to see if everything is okay with you.
ANOTHER THING: this brown discharge may occurr during the first time your period appear, for example between your fist and second periods.
there's no need to be worried!!!

Periods come in all sorts of ways, some trickle, some spot and some gush, and lots of times it's a combination. How long was it between the first episode and the second? A month? A day? If it was a month, it's probably your period, and you should consider yourself lucky for not having any cramps. But if it was a shorter time period, it might not be your period. You should see your physician anyways, to discuss these things with him/her.

It might be, but not all periods cause cravings. The brown discharge is just a way of the body cleaning itself.

Some females get to be 15 and still have not had a period yet. It is nothing to worry about.

Courtney It is starting some times your hormones need time to adjust. So hang in there. It is just a pain in the AXXX at the moment as you have to wear pads all the time just in case. :)
