sure. why wouldn't they? i mean just because they get into a space vehicle, go thousands of miles into the outer regions of space, when they land on terra-firma, get into a jet & go from coast to coast, why would the lag be alien to them? their trip is verticle to earth's horizon. when we enter into a jet, travel across the earth, we are racing the sun on a horizontal bent & win. however, the cost of this win is feeling a lag or like you've left 'something' behind. in fact, you have - time! so to get back to your query: yes! of course!

well if there's lack of gravity it means that they don't use their muscles in their legs much so they need to work for ages after returning back to earth the regain their strength. That's what I know from my knowledge.

I think they get shuttle lag.. but time floats so it isn't a big issue...

No they get rocket lag, and that thing where their bones disintegrate.
