Yes, until May 2012, but you will want to have it renewed by a year before because International travel is not permitted if the passport expires within 6months of departure or return

Yeah, it's in date it's a standard 10 year passport.
You have to have at least 6 months left on it to travel in case of emergency. i.e if you had to have medical treatment and were delayed you would have a 6 months lea way so you wouldn't be stranded.
