m a web designer so i need to give the quotation of the site to the client how can i do that is thre any format which i can have

Format is not important, but working out the quantum of work and subsequent support issues (time needed to be spent) is the main problem. If you are new to the field, you may either end up quoting too much and lose the project or quote too less and end up feeling like a fool.
