Also, could you help me translate this as well:
She could have been somewhere else.
She could have gotten the key from him.

and,
It must have been her.

"It couldn't have been her" - "Sie kann's nicht gewesen sein"
"She could have been somewhere else" - "Sie könnte woanders gewesen sein"
"She could have gotten the key from him" - "Sie könnte den Schlüssel von ihm gekriegt haben"

"It must have been her" - "Sie muss es gewesen sein" (Or something like: "Sie hat's bestimmt getan" - "She has surely done it" )

What are you up to? Playing a Whodunnit board game ?

endorf is 100% OK as is leef's version.

@ WayneT: The apostroph is correct as it replaces part of a word. In 100% correct written German it would be: Sie kann es nicht gewesen sein. endorf's version is closer to spoken German and the apostroh replaces the "e" of the word "es" - very much like couldn't.

Babelfish e.a.: useable for single words, not for sentences or long texts

1. Es haette sie nicht koennen sein.
2. Sie haette irgendwo anders koennen sein.
3. Sie haette den Schluessel von ihm koennen bekommen.
4. Es musste sie wesen sein.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the rule applies that you put the modals before the infinitive at the end in these cases.
What I'm not so sure about is
Do you use koennen or moegen for "could have been"

There are other ways to say 1.2.& 3, too, less complicated:
Es konnte sie nicht sein.
Sie war vielleicht wo anders.
Sie hat vielleicht den Schluessel von ihm bekommen.

Like the gentleman says, check Babelfish.

Es hätte sie nicht sein können
(It couldn't have been her)

Sie hätte irgendwo sonst sein können
(She could have been somewhere else)

Sie hätte die Taste von ihm erhalten können
(She could have gotten the key from him)

Es muss sie gewesen sein
(It must have been her)

I tried my best.. dont think its accurate tho

it couldn't have ben her...es könnte nicht sie gewesen sein

She could have been somewhere else...Sie könnte sonst irgendwo gewesen sein

She could have gotten the key from him...Sie könnte den Schlüssel von ihm erhalten haben
